Data and Account Deletion

Send request by email

1. What can be deleted?

  • Website enquiries and support records you submitted to Webotion.
  • A SaaS account managed directly by Webotion, its profile data, and associated content.
  • Customer data in server, hosting, backup, or custom software services where the contract and technical design permit.

2. Submit a request

From the email associated with your account, write to destek@webotion.net with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the product/service, account email, company/workspace or user reference if available, and the data you want deleted.

We may request additional verification for security. Do not email passwords, a full identity document, payment-card details, or private keys.

3. Organisation-managed accounts

If your account is managed by a customer organisation, you may need to contact its administrator first. Where Webotion acts as processor, the request is handled under the instructions of the customer acting as controller.

4. What happens next

  • We verify identity and account ownership and clarify scope.
  • We respond within the period required by applicable law; KVKK requests are concluded no later than 30 days.
  • Deleting an account may end service access. Active subscriptions, invoices, and contractual duties are assessed separately.
  • We confirm completion or explain any available correction, anonymisation, or restriction option.

5. Required retention and backups

Some records may be retained for a limited period after a request for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal duties. They are restricted from unrelated use and deleted or anonymised when the period ends.

Deleted data may remain in backups until the ordinary backup cycle completes. It is not restored to active systems for ordinary use and is overwritten or made inaccessible at the end of the cycle.
